What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
How do I use a discount or promotion code?
Once you proceed to checkout, you will be directed to your shopping bag. There, you will find a field labeled “Discount Code” where you can enter your promo code. The discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
Do you offer local pickup?
No. Serene is currently an online-only store and does not offer local pickup at this time.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are subject to change at any time. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Store Policy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item displays an estimated delivery timeframe on its product page. Serene processes orders within 3–5 business days before shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Serene is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other external shipping carriers.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
No. For security and fraud prevention purposes, shipping and billing information must match. Serene is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or mismatched addresses entered at checkout.
What countries do you ship to?
At this time, Serene ships within the United States only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
