We do not offer layaway or payment plans.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Serene is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Responsibility
Serene is not affiliated with USPS or any third-party shipping carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Serene is not responsible for delayed shipments, lost packages, or stolen items once they are in transit.

Delivery Attempts & Transit Issues
Serene is not responsible for failed delivery attempts, including situations where no one is available to receive the package, or for packages returned due to delivery issues.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, no changes are allowed.
Cancellations are not accepted via direct messages. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email immediately after purchase and are not guaranteed once processing begins.
Processing Times
Payment processing time is 3–5 business days.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items require 1–4 weeks (business days only) for processing unless otherwise stated. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
Custom & Sale Items
Custom orders refer to items no longer regularly advertised. Standard shipping and processing times apply unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Items purchased on sale require an additional 1–3 business days for processing.
